外食が増えたな

ちょっと出かけると
食事がついて回る
家で食べた方がいいのはわかっている

量的にはそれほど食べない
わざわざ料理をさせるのは
申し訳ないという思いで
ちょっと寄ってしまう

今日は二人で
数枚食べた

夕飯は
きちんと食べないといけないよ

労働していないときは
