孤独の旅人

どんど焼きの日がきた

９時から
育成会の子供たちが
各家を巡って
しめ縄やお飾りを
集めてくる

自分が小学生時代には
かなりの大きさの
どんど焼きが行われた

近年は
しめ縄などが
あまり集まらない

しめ縄は
各人が
以前には作っていた

私も
しめ縄を作ることはできない
それがために
店で購入する
大根と呼ばれる
しめ縄は
もう
父が亡くなってからは
作ることもできない

そうした家が
増えていることは
確か

日本の
伝統行事を
ささやかではあるが
この小さな町で
いつまでも
続けられたらいい
