この寺院について

その中から
抜粋すると
真田十万石
松代藩初代信之側室
玉川伊豫守の娘　右京の没後
真田家が
右京尼とその両親の菩提を弔うために
創立開基した
その時
右京尼の
戒名を
梅翁院殿正岳妙貞大姉と改称した
それで
本寺を「梅翁院」とした
いずれにしても
初代住職
尼寺が
発祥

そして
看板の立てられているところに
魚濫観音堂があった
そこには
右京尼が
生前
守り本尊としていたことから
当山二十世が
魚濫観音を祀るとある

魚濫観音は
水縁深くものを生み
また育てる力をもつ
さらに
妙智力があり
善男善女に
利益をもたらすという

ついでながら
戒名にこだわってみよう

古来より
戒名（法名）は
二文字という
約束事がある

「○○院△△▲▲居士」
で示すと
戒名は
「▲▲」様ということになる
つまり
居士の上
二文字をさす
○や△の部分にも
意味があるが
省略

一つのこと
些細なことでも
ちょっとこだわってみると
自分の知らない世界が
見えてきたりする
